I still need help: I am locked out of my account- 6-months. Failed support.

I have been locked out of my WordPress account since October because it is tied to an old work email that I no longer have access to.
I have already completed account recovery and posted in the forums multiple times. I have been told that support has emailed me, but I am not receiving any emails because they are probably being sent to the inaccessible address.
I need support to urgently contact me via this email instead and help me recover access.
I can fully verify ownership via payment records (including a £288 transaction for the Business plan), site details, and any other information required.
This has now been ongoing for several months and I urgently need access restored or transferred to this email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) or contact me via 07720382128

yes I was refunded but I have no email as they said they had sent. I’m assuming they sent it to the email I no longer have access to. As mentioned in the thread this is the reason I am locked out.
