  I AM IN business plan but my account was deleted and now i cant get it back

  You created the account deetaylan only 3 days ago. Chances are high you are simply logged in to the wrong account.

  You must use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that Business Plan as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership
