I stopped my import, can it get reset?

    I didn’t realize the issue with the queue regarding the imports and having to wait longer. I stopped the import and disconnected. Now I’m getting the error that I can’t run more than one import at a time. Can something be done to fix this?

    Hi there,

    I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it.

    We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.

    Hi,

    There still seems to be no progress on the import. I’m assuming that the huge queue is still responsible for the slow progress.

    Hi there,

    Your import is still queued, and yes, the backlog is quite big. At this point I’m not able to give an estimate on how long it might take for your import to start.
