  I stopped using WordPress last September, when my website moved to Shopify. I no longer need Jetpack but am about to get charged a renewal fee for the plug-in. Please let me know how to ensure the payment does not get debited. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  Can you tell me the URL of the site you used to use with Jetpack?

  The WordPress.com account you used to post this forum thread doesn’t own any paid upgrades with us, and has never owned any Jetpack connections, so if you’ve used Jetpack in the past it was via a different WordPress.com username.
