I switched to a dedicated IP and now my followers are not getting new post alerts via email

  Has anyone had this problem before? I recently upgraded my site hosting plan and did a server migration and got a dedicated IP address. The site was down for a day as the new IP propagated. Now the site is back up and working fine but no followers are getting emails of new posts and the new posts are not showing up in my wordpress.com feed. Anyone know what settings I have to change to fix this?
