I think I changed my settings by mistake

  I found some posts syndicated without knowing. I changed my settings I think and now it says page not found when I try to find on the other site.
  As long as nothing is changed or sold, I enjoy it shared.
  If anyone can help, lease tell me how I can change so it can be syndicated/shared and if so without being altered. It was given credit. I also altered username some. What does that do with followers
