I think I have pishing attack in my site, help please!

Hello,
When I click on wp-admin/users.php in the panel of my website, in the “Search users” button, the next page seems html page appearence and when I click on any link there is a download window and I can not enter the website.
The download window comes from the http address: http://tecros.ru.
In it appears a php archive called index.php.This is happens too when I click on any link to my page from Facebook or Twitter.
I think there is an attack to my admin panel.
Please help me!
