I think I made a circle (and it’s a problem)
-
We are amateurs and this is what we did: We used a wordpress theme, and wanted to make sure that the visitors to our site don’t get to see http://www.ourdomain.life (as there’s nothing going on there) but get directed right away to http://www.ourdomain.life/home directly.
I didn’t know how to do it.
So in the ‘settings’, where you have the option to put in the website-adress and also one for an alternative starting point, I added /home in both fields … and probably produced some kind of circular problem.
(picture shows the German part of my backend)
Now, I cannot access the backup / wp-admin any longer, and feel trapped in a circle. Does anyone understand my amateurish explanation, and has a solution for me?
Thanks a MILLION! -
