I Think I May Have Accidentally Blocked WordPress.com From Emailing Me A New Pas

Hi,
I have two different email address log ins and I think I may have accidentally blocked wordpress.com from my hotmail email address account from sending me a new password because every time I click on to be sent a new password I never receive the email and now I can’t log back on to my sites.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can’t unblock them because as I said I can’t receive the new password to be set,that is what is blocked and I don’t know how to unblock emails from the hotmail account.

I never receive the email and now I can’t log back on to my sites.
Can you send a link to the sites you are having trouble logging in to?
