however on here it’s telling me I need to pay again. Can you please help me to log into the first website I created. Not sure why I’m having trouble.

The domain, thosemamaskills.com, has never been hosted with us on WordPress.com. Based on public Whois data for the domain, you bought that domain directly with Bluehost on 16 August 2019.
WordPress and WordPress.com is not the same thing.
Your site is using the open source WordPress software, installed on Bluehost’s hosting service.
The forum you’re posting in now is for WordPress.com, a completely different hosting provider for the WordPress software. You do own a site with us, https://thosemamaskills.wordpress.com/, created in December 2019, and not modified at all since then.
Bluehost support should be able to help you regain access to your admin account for the site hosted with them, so try contacting them directly.
