I think I need to debug something so I can use the ping-o-matic service.

    I try using ping-o-matic or autoping, like I have for a number of times, but now it shows an error log. What can I do to debug? I apparently approved a comment that was spam. I’ve deleted them all, but still can’t connect.

    Hi there,

    To better understand what you are mean, can you give me a little more background information?

    – I see you have more than one site here at WordPress.com. Which site is causing problems?
    – Where are you seeing this error? Also you mention logs… Where are you viewing these?
    – Were you doing anything prior to this problem? You mentioned approving a spam comment, but I am unsure how that is related.

    Any additional details you can provide would be a great help.
