  I just bought elementor pro and now i can’t use it on WordPress why is that

  You can’t use third party plugins on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
  But why would you need Elementor as the Block editor we use over here has almost the same functionality?
