I think my domain expired and I can't access domains on my wp.com dashboard

  My domain may have expired (the renewal email was only sent once several months ago and I didn’t see it!) and I can’t access domains on my wp.com dashboard. How can I renew my domain? My site is down and oddly it’s now redirecting to my old wp blog.
