I think our site is down. I'm not an IT expert. What shall I do?

Just today, I tried logging in to our website https://seapci.com to check the applications we received since yesterday. Unfortunately, all I can see is a blank, white page. I think it’s down or it has reached its memory limit. I don’t really know as I’m not IT expert. Can you please help me solve this? We don’t have an IT expert here in the office. We’re also in the midst of a very busy recruitment month so we badly need our website up and runnning.

As @staartmees replied your website is not hosted at WordPress.com, it’s hosted by iPage (I’m sure someone will have their contact in your office) using WordPress.org software.
You need to contact iPage immediately to resolve your problem. Their contact details are here. You can even lie chat with their customer support executive: https://www.ipage.com/support/contact.bml
To get further help for your website, you can post in the WordPress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/

@staartmees Thank you. I tried to find out the host of our site. I thought it’s IXWebHosting but apparently I don’t have any account details to access it. Can’t even live chat with anyone from there. So now I’m following @yoga1103’s suggestion to contact iPage. I’m now talking to an iPage agent (he said he’s from Verio, a “sister concerned property of iPage”). I hope this will help solve our problem. Thanks to both of you.
