I think someone has access to my website on wordpress.com
-
Each time i try to post an article on my website, i always encounter problems and get prompts that says 403 error even when i try to make adjustment, proof read and preview my article it like a tug of war and it wasn’t like this before when i first started with wordpress.com. I think something is fishy and its like someone has access to my website.
Thanks

Hi Olatunbosun,
I can’t see anything to suggest someone has access to your account. A 403 error is caused when a server refuses an action.
Can you confirm which site you are seeing the 403 error on? Do you see the error when viewing your site or only when editing it?
Let me know and we’ll go from there.
Thanks!

Hello Friends, I saw something just now on servicehostnet.com/domain/ordiezresources.com about my website that am yet to understand what it means. There it showed ordiezresources.com is hosted in the United State and owned by Private Whois with email address ordiezresources@privatewhois.
I want to know what this is all about and I don't remember asking Arin to take control of the website. Statistics show that the site is not doing well and I strongly believe someone is sabotaging my efforts. I don't know what Arin is doing with my website.
Recently I saw wordpress.com Powered by Jetpack instead of Automattic that I used to see at the footer. I didn't know wordpress.com Support Team does not attend to people on weekends, I just realize this today.
Thanks Olatunbosun Idowu ordiezresources.com

Hi Olatunbosun,
owned by Private Whois with email address ordiezresources@privatewhois.
ordiezresources.com was registered thorough WordPress.com and the ‘private whois’ is related to private registration. When a domain is registered, you can choose to make the domain contact information (name, email address etc) public or private:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/#public-versus-private
You’ve chosen to make yours private, which is why you are seeing an email address which contains ‘@privatewhois’.
I didn’t know wordpress.com Support Team does not attend to people on weekends, I just realize this today.
We do still provide support at weekends. Your plan includes access to priority email and Live Chat support which you can access using this link:
https://wordpress.com/help/contact
If you contact us through that page we’ll be happy to take a look at your site.
