I disagree with this website way of making money out of other people’s work.
Making money by other people work without implied or express permission is unethical, immoral and possibly illegal under the law.
I believe if he tries to promotes the culture, then he will not ask for money.Evidence;
1) He expressly said he is business oriented (visit the website and you’ll see)
a) He will “translate” other people work when the “donation” reach a certain amount.
b) People who “donate” can request for which book should he translate
2) Under the law in my country, collecting donations without express permission by the police, by virtue of Police Act 1967. (I don’t know about other nation laws) -
Under the law in my country, collecting donations without express permission by the police…
That’s a very unfortunate position to be in. In my country, we (the people) give the police permission to ask for donations.

If you believe the person is posting unauthorised translations of copyrighted work, you can report him according to the instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/report-blogs/
If the person is infringing on your own copyright, you can file a DMCA takedown notice, as described here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/content-theft-what-to-do/
Asking for donations is not illegal and is allowed on WordPress.com. Selling your own services is also allowed.
If you believe a person is breaking the law where you live, then report them to the authorities there. WordPress.com is not the police and can’t determine whether or not a user is breaking the laws of their own country when posting to WordPress.com.
