  I canceled the auto-renew, but have not received my refund.
  What is the hold up? Thank you

  Refund usually takes around 10-12 days to show in your account.

  How long the refund takes to reflect in your account depends on the processing times at your financial institution, and we have no control over their processes. Please follow up with them directly if you still haven’t received the refund after ten business days.
