  I have no idea what I am doing, I have never created a blog before nor do I read them. I want to publish a book I have written on-line, chapter by chapter in hopes of getting a large reader base. My teenage daughter suggested WordPress.com. I have set up my blog, but just realized that the chapters are not going to be in order. This is not going to work at all, I need my first post to stay my first post. Is this possible or do I need to cancel my blog and look fro a different venue? Please Advise.

  Hi there!

  You can definitely change your posts to display in the correct chapter order. There are a few different methods that we’ve outlined here:

  In your case, I think the best solution is to create a new Page for your book, then use method #2 called “Use a Shortcode” to display the posts in the correct order on that page.
