In case you’d like to take some steps before staff arrive, can I ask you to verify that the charge was made at WordPress.com? This is done by entering the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
The relevant transaction ID should be on your bank statement. It’ll be in the form of “WordPress” with a letter/number code, like this:
WordPress XXXXXXXXXXIf the format is different, then the charge was not made at WordPress.com.

Hi there, I checked your account, but I don’t see any purchases, transactions, or billing activity since May 2021 (which was refunded).
Perhaps you have more than one account here? If you do, but you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Also, if you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
