Your wording is v confusing on plans I inadvertently paid for 2 yr plan, when I would have chosen yearly plan, had I known you were taking the full whack instead of monthly like is heavily suggested in your wording, can I please now change to yearly ??

Hi, sorry to hear that. We do bill annually or two years at a time, and we don’t have monthly plans at this point.
I’ve refunded you so that you’re just paying for one year, and have adjusted your expiration dates accordingly. I’ve also sent your feedback along. I hope this helps!
