I thought I'd cancelled my Premium acct. How to cancel and get credited back?

    I was hoping to speak to someone on the phone about this, but I see phone support is not provided.

    I had a WordPress Premium account set up last year, but it turned out to be something my organization didn’t need. I thought it had been cancelled, but last night, I was charged on my paypal, which went through to my visa.

    Receipt Type: Payment
    Receipt ID: 11907456

    It’s not something our organization can afford at this time and we need it officially canceled and credited back. What is the fastest way to do that?

    We will still have a basic WordPress account and we may make use of WordPress premium features in the future, but it’s just not in the budget at this time.

    I would appreciate a response or someone to speak to about this as soon as possible. Thanks.
