  I’ve received a receipt for an annual subscription but I didn’t realise this site was still running. I’ve also spotted I’ve been charged £15 for the domain name earlier in the year. There’s been a lot going on over the past year so I’ve obviously thought it had been dealt with! If I cancel then will I get a refund for the annual subscription?

  Please ignore this?! The receipt email is dated today for a payment made this time last year! Something strange is going on so I’ll just cancel the account!

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
