According to our records we were not able to use your payment method for auto-renewal purposes due to the purchase being declined by your bank. We don’t have any more detail than that, so please contact the bank that issued your credit card to confirm.
How do we pay and get our website up again?
We are able to help with that, but it will require making a manual payment for the renewal. I have sent an invoice to your email inbox so that you can pay the amount we attempted to process previously.

I am the treasurer of the organization and I am the one that has to pay with my card. My email is different from Mala’s as in last year it was paid by another treasurer. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I am responsible to pay. Mala is not available to monitor her email. Please send email and invoice to me. This is for a Woman’s club that changes treasurers every other year and this year I have a new card. Please help, I have no other alternative. I would not have let it go without renewing. I am renewing now for multiple years.

Our system sends the payment request to the email address on file for the account and is not something we can change.
I would recommend setting your account email address to that email under your account page: https://wordpress.com/me/account
Once you have that updated, we can send the request again.

Hi, I did change the email address but have not had an email to allow me to renew.
I set my account email with the address where we wish to receive emails: (email visible only to moderators and staff) What am I not doing correctly? Our site has been down for some time. I entered the new payment information in the system.
I have not received an email to renew. We really need to have our upgrade restored and charged to the new card.
Please help.
