i do not get a lot of things that have to do with WordPress. for instance, like how yuo can download it? or something like that. what does that do? i thought it was a web blog! also, how do you put in plugins? i wanted to put my favicon icon on my blog, but i dont know how.

The blogger’s user name is linked to a wordpress.com blog so I’ll assume that’s the one being asked about.
