I transfered a domain,canceled my plan,transfer was not yet completed

  So I transfered a domain to wordpress from squarespace.
  I then realized that I wanted to cancel my current wordpress plan as I found a better option, but the domain transfer was not yet completed.
  It now says that the domain has been transfered already, but I can’t access it to wordpress because it says that it is waiting for the for authorization from my current domain provider, and I can’t find any authorization.
  Can you help me access my domain?

  Hello there,

  I can see that the transfer was initiated, but not yet completed. An email should have been sent from Squarespace to confirm the transfer. If you didn’t receive one, I recommend reaching out to them. You may also be able to have them help you cancel the transfer as it cannot be done from our end at this point.

  Well, I actually got that email, it said to click a button to cancel the transfer, but when I clicked it, it said that the transfer was already complete… weird.

  Hmm, I do see that it’s still in the process of transferring on our end. It may still be worth reaching out to the Squarespace support team just in case there is anything they can do on the back end.

  If they can’t and the transfer can’t be stopped at this point, you can always transfer the domain again later on or point it to the site/host that you want it to load.

  I just reached out to them and told me that they can’t cancel the transfer. Does that mean I have to wait for the transfer to be completed?
  
  Thing is that wordpress says that it’s waiting for authorization from the domain provider. As I canceled my paid plan for that site, I guess the domain transfer is not an option anymore?
  
  Is that the reason it’s stucked?
  Will the transfer finish?

  If they have confirmed that the transfer can not be canceled then yes, you will need for the domain transfer to complete. This can take from 3-7 days.
  
  After the domain transfer is complete, you can manage the domain DNS at WordPress.com. You can point or connect the domain to another hosting service.
