i trashed the front page

  Yep , guys … i have trashed the front page (home) and now i can restore it cause i have emptied the trash bin , too . Please help !

  http://halteredego.wordpress.com/ is an empty blog except for the placeholder “Hello World” post. Are you asking about another site?

  What’s the name *.php i’d use to upload the cached page to the server to make it go under the home voice on the header where “the page not found” is ?

  I don’t know where you read this, but it has no relation to wordpress.com blogs. You’ll simply copy the content of the cached page, create a new page in Pages > Add New, paste the content and publish the page, then go to Settings > Reading and select that page as your blog front.
