  I tried changing my URL of my website however I got the email linked wrong / URL is Berkshiredigitalmedia.com and correct email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) – can you please support?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  It sounds as though you’re using the self-hosted WordPress.org whereas you’ve landed here on the WordPress.com forums which is for the managed hosting solution.
