I tried to cancel premium subscription and couldnt so they charged me

  Hello, its very unfortunate for this to be happening but I was trying to cancel a premium subscription and in the end I thought it went through. However i found out when i looked at my credit card bill wordpress still charged me the full retail price per year on the premium upgrade.

  Please I would like for someone to help me out on this. I solicitated cancelation because I can not keep up currently with the business (before the trial period ended) however they till charged me.

  Please confirm for me that you would like me to cancel your WordPress.com Premium subscription, which includes the thecoffeespecialist.com domain.

  Once this is canceled, you will no longer own the thecoffeespecialist.com domain.
