Hello there I tried editing my website and I downloaded something and it went into code and changed the font and texts of my website can you please help me.

my username is Tori
It is my business website and it is important I get it back to normal quickly. Maybe i could also ask about a plug-in that could help me easily navigated and edit my website for someone with no experience in this. Please help -
