  I tried to buy a mapping service but the screen stopped responding, I now don’t know if my purchase was successful or not

  Go to your purchases and check if the transaction is made. If it’s not then I suggest clearing your browser’s cache, log-out of WordPress.com, log-in and try to make the purchase again.
