I tried to refund but the site wouldn't work

  Ok, so i have a MAJOR problem, here’s what happened:

  I created an account in wordpress (another one, not this one) and i forgot to cancel it before the free trial month, so i was charged for $99 dlls.
  I tried to refund the money, but the site just wouldn’t do anything, even if i clicked ‘cancel and refund’. The thing is, now i don’t have access to that account because it was an account of a bussiness where i used to work. I no longer work there, and they claim they won’t refund that money because it was paid with my card and ‘it was a personal expense’.
  I already deleted the site but now i can´t log in into that account because they kept the password, so….
  Is there ANY chance that i can get a refund for that? or am i hopeless on this situation? :(
