  I tried to register my domain name, jagtravelstoursandbookings.com the system showed that it free for the first year, but when I tried to checkout the system asked for payment of $96 and would not let me checkout for free.

  The domain registration is included for free for the first year as part of a paid plan.

  The paid plan itself is not free.
