Can you explain what you mean that you prepaid for this account? The only time you’ll be asked to pay for something on WordPress.com is when purchasing an upgrade, and the account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us. http://momajodotblog.wordpress.com/ is on our free plan, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could have charged.
You have added a plan and a domain to your cart, but you haven’t paid for anything yet. That is why the system keeps prompting you to complete your purchase.
You can do that by visiting the checkout page and providing payment information in the form there:
