I tried to use Tools–>Export to get xml file. But I can't get xml file

  Hello Support,

  I have registered wordpress hosting account and also have wordpress.com account. I tried to use Tools–>Export to get xml file. But I can’t get xml file

  The blog I need help with is weglobeent.wordpress.com. AKA weglobee.com

  Is there anyway I can get it sir?

  Hi there.

  Can you hit Ctrl + J on your keyboard? That should open up your downloads folder. Hopefully the XML file is in there.
