  @sonnycobb I don’t see any transactions on this account. Can you use wpchrg.com to find the account the charge is associated with?

  Or if you have the transaction ID from the statement, you can use it to gain access to the correct account using this form:

  Recover Your Account

  Once you’re logged into the correct account, you can cancel upgrades and get in touch with us about a refund. Just note, if you have a custom domain that you plan to use elsewhere, you’ll want to avoid cancelling that. Cancelled domains typically aren’t released for re-purchase anytime soon.

  Also a quick note: if you do have the transaction ID, be sure to use one of the forms I mentioned. Do not post the transaction ID in the public forum. Thanks!
