  I try to connect my WordPress to ifttt the response I got is URL invalid I try my best but to no avail. Kindly assist.

  It looks like your site is hosted outside of WordPress. It would be best to ask for help at the WordPress.org forums here https://wordpress.org/support/

  You might also want to check IFTTT for guidance as well.

  Also WordPress.com and WordPress.org are not different. You can learn about the differences at https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
