I try to make a 4th post, but it always replaces my most recent 3rd post.

I have to make 10 total posts and put them on my blog page, but every time I try to add a 4th post it always replaces my most recent 3rd post, so I always have a total number of three. I am not sure what to do to fix this.

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
