I type my site in the browser and my site does not come up. Why?

  I type my site in the browser and my site does not come up. Why? Also, in the rear time when it comes up, it come up in admin mode. Why? Other times i get an error message ‘1549candidates2015.wordpress.com doesn’t exist’

  For starters you have a spelling problem

  https://1549candidate2015.wordpress.com/ – Works
  https://1549candidates2015.wordpress.com – has a spelling problem

  Where are you “typing into the browser” ???

  If you are using ANY search function it probably won’t work since the site looks like it is new with no content and search engines probably don’t really know you exist yet

  either bookmark the site or type the name directly into the address section
