I updated and now I can’t edit my posts

  I updated and now I can’t edit my posts It just goes to a white screen. How do I uninstall the update so I can get these posts edited ASAP?

  I am trying to edit my post on this website: https://cottonbowlgist.com/ . While doing so I have filled all the other boxes on that form correctly, but cannot select the desired Certification Authority from the drop down list. On selecting the field remains blank, what would be the issue ?
