Can you share the URL of your website?
I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

You can also try support for the disable-comments plugin mentioned in that error message, as that is most likely what’s causing this.

We cannot help you here. Your site is not hosted on our servers and we have no control over it. We also don’t make the plugin that is causing this error, so we have no way to tell why this is happening.
Contact support for the Disable Comments plugin you’re using directly for help. You can find the support forum for that plugin here:
