Hello @itsjusthat,
Were you using Jetpack to have the WordPress.com follow feature on your site(http://glennwakefieldaroundtheworld.com/)?Or did you had some other plugin to do that?
Let us know.
Thanks! 🙂 -

Okay, In that case make sure that the Subscriptions feature is turned on.
Login to your WordPress.ORG dashboard. Go to Jetpack → Settings. Click on the Discussion tab.
On the Subscriptions section, turn on the option that says: Allow users to subscribe to your posts and comments and receive notifications via email
And then click Save Settings.

Yes i can.
So are you getting this error?
Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. Please check to make sure http://yoursite.com/xmlrpc.php is working properly. It should show ‘XML‑RPC server accepts POST requests only.’ on a line by itself when viewed in a browser and should not have any blank lines or extra output anywhere.
