  when I go premium what happens to my free blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do I have to recreate the free blog now that I have upgraded? Can I access that content? Also, do I automatically get a domain name with the premium?

  You still only have 1 site. Now, you just have a WordPress.com Premium Plan associated with it.
