  I paid and have video mp4 in my plan, why is it all of a sudden gone?!

  Jesus God, I have the videos in my media, i upgraded a while back and today you won’t let me add a new one – error, no mp4′

  Hi Celine,

  It looks like back on 31 July 2014 we set you up with the free trial of our WordPress.com Premium bundle. That bundle lasts for 2 weeks, at the end of which it either goes away or you can renew it for $99. It looks like it expired.

  I do however see that you went ahead and purchased a stand-alone upgrade of VideoPress, which is great! Your videos should work great now.
