I upgraded to a paid site $120 per year and can not access it. I can’t change to the next site up from free

    Hi-

    Did you sign up for that plan as a new site? Did you use the same username “hollychang2002”?

    If so, at the very top left you will see a link titled “My Sites” click that, and select “SWITCH SITE”. If it was set up as a new website you should see it on the list.

    If you still do not see the site listed, is it possible you signed up under a new username?

    What is the domain name of the premium site?

    Hi hollychang2002,

    No upgrades have been purchased through the account you are currently logged in to, which suggests you have more than one account.

    Can you try logging in to WordPress.com using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to? Once logged into the correct account, the upgraded site should be listed under My Sites at the top left.

    Come back to me if you have any trouble but do not share any transaction IDs or card details here.
