I upgraded to premium but all features are not active on the wordpress

  I upgraded to premium but I can’t access anything on the website, i cant add plugins for payment, i cant do anything as i was promised when paying. Am so sad

  Adding plugins is a feature of a Business plan not a Premium plan.

  Hi there,

  Can you confirm the URL of the site you’re speaking of?

  The account you’re using to post here only has three sites on our free plan, and has never bought any paid upgrades from us.

  If you have a site on the Premium Plan, that site is under a different account.

  However, as @themagicrobot pointed out above, plugin cannot be used on our Premium Plan, and that requires the Business Plan instead.
