I upgraded to premium, how do i setup?

  Hi, just upgraded to premium, but had internet issues and didnt get to setup...now im stuck, as i have paid but no new site to setup.. I can only access the free site.. pulling my hair out here, as when i asked for a refund, they will only refund £47., which i think is unfair as i haven`t started with anything.. thanks in advance..

  Hi there. Is http://lunafireoak.wordpress.com/ the site for which you bought the upgrade? And what was the domain you tried to register for that site as part of premium?

  I dont think i registered, i was filling in the details and had a computer crash... i couldnt get back to finish :(

  It looks like the following site address is setup with a Premium bundle and a custom domain (lunafireoak.com):

  Could you elaborate on what Premium bundle feature you’re not seeing?

  cleared the browser cache, but the site lunafireoak.co i can see, but thats what i started with. I upgraded to premium and wanted another domain name, as i thought that was included. I thought you could add in plugins and thats why i upgraded. Phaps im just confused but it just looks all the same to me... doesnt seem to be any extra features. I thought plugins would be on the menu, as a friend has it on his.. What am i not understanding lol

  Hi!

  It looks like you used the Premium bundle domain credit to renew lunafireoak.co until 1/14/17 (instead of 1/14/16). Did you want to use that to renew a different domain name? If so, let me know!

  Regarding plugins, it is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress.org blogs. The difference is broken down here:

  Can you let me know what functionality you were looking for in the plugin? I’m happy to provide an alternative method for achieving the function at WordPress.com!

  I was having internet issues, so yes, i`ve already purchased the lunafireoak domain, using the free wordpress… i was hoping when i upgraded to premium i would also be able to have a new one. keeping the luna one as well… is that possible??
  As for plugins, i thought you could add as i have seen it on a friends menu, under appearance i think.. I will study the link, thank you for that, i am very new to setting up websites, if you haven`t already noticed lol… I was hoping to use buddypress, chat plugin.. Thank you for your help.

  Hi!

  It looks like you recently refunded the Premium bundle at WordPress.com for a total refund of £47.00 (£70.00-£23.00 for another year of registration for lunafireoak.co). Were you still looking to setup that additional domain? If so, I can apply that £23.00 to another domain credit for you instead of another year of domain registration for lunafireoak.co.

  I’m afraid it won’t be possible to use BuddyPress at WordPress.com. You could use something like tlk.io instead:

  Just to be clear, you’re looking to map your domain witchiestuff.com to WordPress.com. Is that correct? Since the domain witchiestuff.com is registered elsewhere, I cannot apply the £23.00 to register that domain for another year. I can, however, help you to map it to WordPress.com following the steps here:

  I went ahead and added credits to your account to cover the amount of the Premium bundle that you were not refunded (£23.00). So, you should be able to map a domain at no additional cost.
