I Upgraded to the Premium Plan but the site hasn’t changed at all

I received an email confirmation saying that the payment was completed, but in WordPress it says that my upgrade and free site domain are still in the shopping cart. When I try to visit my custom domain, it doesn’t work.

Okay, it looks like my account is now Premium, but when I look for the domain I want, it says it’s not available.

I still don’t see any domain associated with your account. Could you let us know what domain name you’re trying so we can take a closer look? Thanks!

After work I jumped back onto WordPress and tried selecting the domain I wanted–it worked. If I run into any more problems I’ll be sure to post something in this forum. Thanks for all the help!
