I Upgraded to the Premium Plan but the site hasn’t changed at all

I received an email confirmation saying that the payment was completed, but in WordPress it says that my upgrade and free site domain are still in the shopping cart. When I try to visit my custom domain, it doesn’t work.

Could you check the purchases page on your account to see if the purchases have gone through okay? As for the custom domain, if you want it to be the site’s main address, you can mark it as the primary address.
