I uploaded an image–several times–but it is malfunctioning in the gallery

  Image uploads with progress bar, but does not display in media gallery. Title appears, but image is listed as being “0px”. I can insert 0px image, but nothing shows up.

  I just resolved it. I had .PSD document that been mistagged .JPG, and every time I was re-saving it was showing the .JPG extension for the filename, but it was actually saving as a .PSD document. Thank you though.
