I uploaded an image to the image widget and it's not appearing correctly

  The envelope image that I uploaded has a gray box behind it and I’m not sure why or how to get rid of it. I went into my original document and I don’t see any kind of background in it. How do I get rid of that?

  I think I just needed to remove the caption text in order to get rid of the gray box.
